Building Structures: Columns, beams, and supports for residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. For example, a 250×250×10×16 mm Q235B H-beam can support up to 8 tons per meter in a medium-rise building, ensuring structural stability and safety.
Bridges & Tunnels: Main girders, deck beams, and structural support components. A 300×300×12×20 mm H-beam can handle vehicle loads up to 15 tons on short to medium-span bridges.
Ports & Oil Platforms: Heavy-duty load-bearing frameworks and offshore platforms. H-beams such as 400×300×12×22 mm can support combined vertical and lateral loads exceeding 20 tons, suitable for offshore and port structures.
Heavy Machinery: Frames and supports for equipment manufacturing. A 200×200×8×12 mm H-beam can bear distributed loads of 5 tons per meter, ideal for machine foundations and industrial platforms.
Shipbuilding & Automobile Chassis: Keels, hull supports, chassis beams for vehicles and ships. For instance, 180×180×8×12 mm H-beams provide rigidity and can sustain vehicle frame loads up to 5–6 tons while keeping weight manageable for fabrication.
Raw Materials: Steel billets with chemical composition of C 0.14–0.22%, Mn 0.30–0.65%, Si <=0.35%, P <=0.045%, S <=0.05% are used as raw material.
Rolling: Billets are heated to 1100–1250℃ and rolled into H-shaped sections, achieving a dimensional tolerance of ±0.1 mm.
Post-processing: Includes cooling, straightening, cutting, and finishing. Flange widths from 50–400 mm and web thicknesses from 5–30 mm are achieved with precise hot-rolling control.
Features: Wider flange surfaces, parallel inner/outer surfaces, and rational section distribution enhance bending resistance and stress distribution.
Quality Control: Each batch is inspected for dimensional accuracy, mechanical properties (yield strength >=235 MPa, tensile strength 370–500 MPa), and surface finish.
